| Avoid temperatures above 60°C / 140°F or below 0°C / 32°F and extreme temperature variation conditions. |
| Avoid violent shocks and knocks. |
| Avoid placing your watch near strong magnetic fields. |
| Avoid contact with water, steam, sweat, dust, dirt and humidity. |
| Avoid direct contact with greasy substances, solvents, detergents, perfumes, cosmetic products etc., since they may damage the bracelet (especially the leather straps), the case or the gasket. |
| To keep the movement protected from moisture, please be sure that the winding crown is always pushed against the case, even for the watch with water-resistant structure.
|
| Remember to rinse your watch with warm water or distilled water and to dry it off with a soft cloth if the watch has been exposed to the seawater. |
| Service intervals: like any high-precision instrument, a watch needs to be serviced regularly in order to work perfectly. We cannot recommend an exact interval for such work as it will depend on the watch model, the care taken and the climate in your country. As a general rule, service intervals are between 4 to 5 years, depending on the use of the watch. |
| Hand winding watch: fully wind your hand winding watch once a day. |
| Automatic watch: if an automatic watch is not in use for a long time, wind the crown forty times clockwise to start the watch before wearing.
